You are solely responsible for the content you generate using MyTrendyShot. We do not endorse or take responsibility for any user-generated screenshots. You agree not to use the service to harass, abuse, or engage in any behavior that violates the terms of the social media platforms from which content is fetched (e.g., Twitter/X terms).

4. Intellectual Property

All branding, code, and design assets of MyTrendyShot are our intellectual property. The screenshots you generate are intended for your own use, but you must respect the rights of the platforms and users whose data is being rendered. We make no claim of ownership over the fetched content (tweets, avatars, etc.).

5. Limitation of Liability

MyTrendyShot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to any changes in social media platform APIs that may disrupt the functionality of the tool.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
